COACH KENNY
Ken Rogers is a Private Personal Trainer with a Master’s Degree in Sport Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
He has successfully helped numerous clients make lifestyle and behavioral changes which resulted in long-term weight loss. His true passion has always been optimizing nutrition to improve athletic performance for both strength and endurance athletes. He has personally completed multiple endurance races and strength endeavors.
Ken specializes in body composition change, nutrition counseling, injury prevention, corrective exercise, coaching strength and endurance athletes, and general fitness for overall health and well-being. His current nutrition programming caters towards lifestyle and behavior change for long-term success in both athletes and the general population.

COACH ASHLEY
Ashley Beam is a registered and licensed dietitian with a Master’s Degree from IUP with the primary focus being on sports nutrition and functional nutrition.
Ashley Beam, a registered and licensed dietitian who has a love for all things food, fitness, and fun. When I am not researching the newest nutrition information or counseling athletes like you, I am either training for my next triathlon/endurance event, coaching young triathletes and cross country runners, in nature doing all the outdoor adventures, or at a local coffee shop. I have a passion for nutrition and helping others live abundantly, well-fed, strong, and confident while achieving the goals they have dreamed about for years. I completed my undergraduate studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) holding degrees in Dietetics, Chemistry, and Medical Microbiology. I also obtained a master’s degree from IUP with the primary focus being on sports nutrition and functional nutrition. I have worked with athletes of all ages and medical backgrounds through my work at Case Specific Nutrition Located Peter’s Township. I have done a variety of work, focused on meeting the individualized needs of the client.
