COACH KENNY
Ken Rogers is a Private Personal Trainer with a Master’s Degree in Sport Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
He has successfully helped numerous clients make lifestyle and behavioral changes which resulted in long-term weight loss. His true passion has always been optimizing nutrition to improve athletic performance for both strength and endurance athletes. He has personally completed multiple endurance races and strength endeavors.
Ken specializes in body composition change, nutrition counseling, injury prevention, corrective exercise, coaching strength and endurance athletes, and general fitness for overall health and well-being. His current nutrition programming caters towards lifestyle and behavior change for long-term success in both athletes and the general population.
