● BOTH years I finished in 5:58! Very different races

● Long story short...aiming for a course PR first and foremost!

● Is this swim challenging? I think so. But WHY?

● Transitions are FAST at this race!

● The bike has literally ZERO elevation (I don't care what Ironman's Athlete Guide tells you)

● A flat bike course doesn't mean an easy bike course

● Constant power output, lots of wind as well

● NO shade on the run. Could get VERY hot!

● Run is also quite flat, but very spectator friendly!

● This is my A race. I expect to be FAST!
