#3 BIG VOLUME MILEAGE RUN – accumulating large working mileage at faster pacing than race pace

#4 TIMED RUN – aka “cruise” – learn to listen to your body without forcing distance or pace

#5 MOST IMPORTANT RUN – Discipline required
